Greenwood Senior John Wagner was named the top player in the social studies subject area out of the over 100 students who attended senior high quiz bowl camp and was awarded a $50 gift card.
Sophomore Jess Henry was a member of the mixed-school team that earned third place in the team competition and was awarded a $15 gift card.

Greenwood's Senior High Quiz Bowl team finished second at the Dardanelle Invitational Saturday, while Greenwood’s Junior High team finished fourth.
Senior co-captain John Wagner was the top scorer for the Sr. High team. Other senior high team members were co-captain Aya Alzufari, Jack Oringderff, Gabe Hensley, David Bronson, Will Hutcherson. Isaac Buzbee, and Christian Michael.
The junior high team's top scorer was Dexter Coston. Other team members were Ethan Shumate, Maylee Bethel, Aiden Kimble, Seth Fontenot, Gabe Himes, William Brixey, and Kyndal Velosky.

East Pointe and Westwood held their Veterans Day assemblies today and WOW what an awesome performance from the students!! Thank you to our teachers who put so much into honoring our Veterans and working with our students. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you to our Veterans for their service!
