Our hearts are saddened by the loss of our legendary educator and tennis coach, Dr. Ken Hamilton. Dr. Hamilton has been a permanent fixture in the GHS tennis program for the past 30 years. During his tenure, Coach Hamilton and his athletes won 15 conference championships and 3 team state championships, and numerous individual titles. He was also named Conference Coach of the Year 15 times. Dr. Hamilton was notorious for his quick wit and his ability to teach not only tennis but life lessons. We send condolences to his wife Ann, his daughters, and their families. The Bulldog family will miss him and will be forever grateful for his contributions. A celebration of his life will be held at First Baptist Church in Greenwood, Friday, June 9th at 10:00 a.m.
