Today 4th graders got to meet with Leah Hillyer from Arkansas Children’s to discuss where the money they are raising for the Bulldog Penny Drive will go to. So far students have raised nearly $1000 and are close to their goal of $1500! The Penny Drive will continue until March 31.

Fourth grade science classes were excited to welcome Dr. Taylor from Taylor Family Vision as their guest speaker on Friday. She taught them how each part of the eye functions, and she even dissected a cow eye to show them each part. Thank you Dr. Taylor for donating your time to teach our students!








The Greenwood Public Schools Gifted and Talented Program is seeking referrals of students for possible placement in the gifted program for the 2023-2024 school year. Students who are referred should demonstrate above average intellectual ability, task commitment, and creativity. Students who will be in grades 3-12 next year are eligible for official placement.
