Our students had the incredible opportunity to witness a total eclipse today! 🌟🌑
From the building up to the moment the sky darkened, it was a journey of excitement for everyone involved. 🌌💫
With eyes protected by eclipse glasses, our students gazed up at the sky viewing the moon and sun 🌞🌙 experiencing such a rare celestial event.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this experience possible!

Player of the Year. 🏀🏀
Trusty is the first Gatorade Arkansas Girls Basketball Player of the Year to be chosen from Greenwood High School.
The award, celebrates the nation’s top high school athletes for excellence on the court, in the classroom, and in the community.
The Gatorade Player of the Year program annually recognizes one winner in the District of Columbia and each of the 50 states that sanction high school sports and awards one National Player of the Year in each sport. The selection process is administered by the Gatorade Player of the Year Selection Committee, which leverages experts including coaches, scouts, media, and others as sources to help evaluate and determine the state winners in each sport.
